Service Description

This is a gentle movement practice; all are welcome (even if you're not expecting). We will focus on common movement patterns that change during pregnancy. You'll spend time in hip opening postures, finding connection to your breathing and awareness of your mind - all things to help prepare for labor. As many muscles start to compensate and disengage during pregnancy, we'll work to gently re-engage these muscles, bringing awareness to the ways your posture may be shifting. The pregnant body is unique to each individual - each of our prenatal instructors is extremely knowledgable and able to offer pose modifications; please never hesitate to ask for a variation that best supports you. ** Also a great way to meet other moms-to-be in the community! **
